Integrated Heat Pump

Turn wasted heat into your energy source

We close the loop on industrial process heat — recovering, upgrading, and reusing energy that used to go up the exhaust.

The Circular Energy Integrated Heat Pump is a new thermodynamical architecture of heating an industrial drying or baking process. Circular Energy has transformed the traditional wasteful drying process into a closed loop heat and mass system by smart integration of HTHPs, the Circular Energy Unit for heat recovery, and an innovative steam system.

How it works

From exhaust stack to energy asset

Traditional drying and baking processes vent hot, humid air straight to the atmosphere, throwing away most of the energy they consume. The Circular Energy Integrated Heat Pump closes that loop. Waste heat is captured at the process, lifted to useful temperatures by high-temperature heat pumps, and delivered back as steam, so the same energy works again and again instead of leaving as exhaust.

Waste Heat Recovery Units

Capture 120 kW of waste heat per unit at 60-70 °C and cut energy use by 15-20 % by limiting fresh-air exchange. Built for volume production and fully retrofittable to existing lines.

Steam Heat Exchanger

A closed, fully retrofittable steam exchanger rated for 40 bar and 250 °C. It integrates directly into the heat flow and matches the power rating of a gas-fired heat exchanger.

Integration

A modular system with intelligent source/sink control, purpose-built piping, and thermal storage for quick start-up, transient loads, and grid flexibility.
